We developed ideas for our client that allowed steam to be easily introduced into a standard outdoor grill to moisten food and provide a second cooking source. We tend to utilize technology off the shelf as much as possible, and in this case used an age old percolator science to feed and regulate the water. The finished device is made of mostly stamped parts and is cheap to make and fast to clean and maintain.
